By accessing or using the Happy Plus Academy website at www.happychildcare.net or our online learning platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our services are intended for families with children in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts on behalf of minor children. By enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

Enrollment in Happy Plus Academy programs is subject to availability. Joining our waiting list does not guarantee enrollment. We will contact you when a spot becomes available. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the first tuition payment.

Scholarship-based enrollment is subject to fund availability and eligibility requirements. Scholarship amounts and availability may change without prior notice.

Tuition rates are published on our website and are subject to change. Current rates include:

• Small Group sessions: $320–$600/month (based on group size of 2–6 students)
• Book Club Package: $400/month (recommended)
• Private Lessons: $1/minute
• High School Support: $75–$85/hour

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable tuition on a monthly basis. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. The following terms apply:

• Cancellation with 14+ days notice: Full refund of the current month's unused tuition.
• Cancellation with 7–13 days notice: 50% refund of the current month's unused tuition.
• Cancellation with less than 7 days notice: No refund for the current month.
• Missed sessions: No refund or credit for student absences unless notified 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to tutor illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a make-up session or prorated credit will be provided.

14일 이상 전 취소 시 전액 환불, 7~13일 전 취소 시 50% 환불, 7일 미만 취소 시 환불 없음. 결석은 24시간 전 통보 시에만 보충 수업이 제공됩니다.

All students, parents, and tutors are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive learning environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior toward any participant
• Recording sessions without the consent of all participants
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Using the platform for any purpose other than academic learning

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

All curriculum materials, lesson plans, worksheets, and content provided by Happy Plus Academy are the intellectual property of Happy Plus Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our prior written consent.

Happy Plus Academy의 모든 교육 자료, 수업 계획, 워크시트 등은 당사의 지적 재산입니다. 사전 서면 동의 없이 복제, 배포 또는 공유할 수 없습니다.

Happy Plus Academy provides educational support services and does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of tuition paid in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

본 약관은 미국 캘리포니아주 법률에 따라 규율됩니다. 분쟁은 미국중재협회 규정에 따른 구속력 있는 중재를 통해 해결됩니다.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
